Consignment Guidelines

Thank you for considering Closet Carousel to consign your fabulous fashion! Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and successful consignment experience:

 

What I Accept:

• I specialize in upscale, stylish, and seasonal women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories.

• All items must be clean, current, and in excellent condition.

• I do not accept casual wear, including jeans, hoodies, sweatshirts, or sneakers.

 

Consignment Terms:

• Items are kept for 90 days.

• You will receive 40% of the final selling price once your item sells.

• Pricing is based on market trends and item condition. I do not provide individual price breakdowns after comps are completed, but rest assured each piece is priced thoughtfully and competitively.

 

Responsibility & Communication:

• If your item has not sold within the 90-day period, it will either be returned (by request) or donated.

• It is the consignor’s responsibility to follow up near the 90-day mark. If you haven’t heard from me by then, please reach out within one week of your item’s expiry.

 

A Note on Flexibility:

As Closet Carousel continues to grow and build its loyal community of shoppers, I appreciate your patience and understanding. I may extend the consignment period on select items to allow for maximum exposure and selling potential — especially while we’re still gaining momentum.
