How do I get started?Just send me a message through the website or social media to book a consignment, rental, or try-on appointment. I’m so excited to welcome you to the Carousel!

How does consignment work?Items are kept for 90 days, and once your item sells, you receive 40% of the final selling price. Pricing is based on comparable items and condition in the current resale market. I do not provide price breakdowns, but rest assured your pieces are thoughtfully and competitively priced.

Do you offer shipping?At this time, I do not offer shipping. Purchases can be picked up by appointment in Uxbridge or Ajax — whichever is more convenient for you.

Do you have shopping hours?Private shopping parties are by appointment only. Also,watch my socials for pop-up events too!

Are you flexible with the 90-day consignment period?Yes. Since Closet Carousel is still growing, I may extend the consignment period to give your items more exposure and a better chance to sell.

What types of items do you accept for consignment?I accept upscale, stylish, and seasonal women's clothing, shoes, and accessories in excellent condition. We do not accept casual wear such as jeans, hoodies, sweatshirts, or sneakers.

What happens if my items don’t sell?After 90 days, unsold items can be returned (by request) or donated. I kindly ask consignors to follow up if they haven’t heard from me by the 90-day mark.

Do you accept donations?Absolutely! If you have high-quality women’s fashions you’d like to pass along with without consigning, I happily accept donations. These generous contributions help me grow the boutique, keep the inventory fresh, and allow me to offer beautiful pieces at more affordable prices. Because I haven’t paid out on donated items, I can pass along those savings directly to my shoppers.

Where are you located?Closet Carousel is primarily an online boutique, with the website as the main place to shop. However, since I keep all inventory at home, local shoppers are welcome to book an appointment to try on items in person in Uxbridge.

Can I bring in items anytime?Consignment is by appointment only. Please reach out to schedule a drop-off.

Do I need to clean or prep my items before bringing them?Yes, all items must be clean and in excellent, ready-to-sell condition — free of stains, pet hair, and odors. Dry cleaning is not required, but freshly laundered is a must. Please bring your items in a reusable tote, bag, or bin — absolutely no garbage bags, thank you!

Do you offer rentals?Yes! I offer a curated selection of gowns and handbags available to rent for special events. Rentals are a fabulous way to enjoy luxury style without the full price tag. Please see my rental guidelines.
